VISION
ANSAB has a vision of creating a 'rich biodiversity and prosperous communitiea." This vision includes rich,healthy and productive ecosystems that are actively managed and used by local communities that could address threats to biodiversity and advance sustainable resources management .It also incorporates community-based enterprises that adopt commercial approaches for natural products (from the production stage) that are environmentally sustainable and also increase the communities' standards of living and harness social equality.
MISSION
ANSAB is commited to biodiversity conservation and economic development through community based enterprise-oriented solutions. By carefully planning its services at the grassroots to national levels,and collaborating with key stakeholders and clients,ANSAB integrates and builds on local and scientific knowledge systems,innovations, prespectives, and opportunities for tangible impacts and wider replications.
OBJECTIVES
ANSAB strives to help poor households achieve economic security. As a first step,ANSAB intends to raise the incomic of an additional 100,000 hectares of forest by improving the community stewardship, management, and management plans of 1,000 community groups.
