
- In 2007 , ANSAB's intervention has generated US$ 5.71 million in annual total monetary benefits (TMB) to 66,201 economic participants in rural communities.
- A total of 559 economic entities (involved in production, value addition, marketing of high value crops such as NTFPs at both the national international levels) were developed and strengthened through ANSAB's involvement.
- ANSAB has supported 45 value added processing and marketing enterprises in Nepal that have benefitted 14000 individuals.
- ANSAB has facilitated national and international traders and companies to develop market linkages with local communities nad producer's groups, including 19 buy-back agreements that have generated a total sale of US$945,728 which have benefited over 9,500 households.
- ANSAB has established and strengthened two regional and 11 district market information sub centers that use a network of over one hundred facilitating organizations to provide market information services (MIS). The centers and sub centers involved in the MIS network collect marketing information for 41 products, mainly from 18 markets in Nepal and India, to serve collectors, traders, producers and potential entrepreneurs of NTFPs and HVCs.
